I’ve been to several BJJ gyms and Vanguard is the mostly friendly place I have ever trained. If you are hesitant about checking it out, don’t be. I had an 11 year break in training and was uneasy about getting started again. The coaches and team mates were super supportive right from the beginning and Jiu Jitsu has become a lifestyle again. Vanguard is a great place to train and learn and everyone is super respectful. Highly recommended.

Coach Kastroba has over 20 years martial arts experience and is an exciting competitor who puts it on the line at the top levels of grappling competition. He is an amazing instructor who drills down into the fine details to make your class technical and challenging.
